  • Mr. Marlowe is the founding shareholder of Marlowe Law, an A+ rated business with the Better Business Bureau. He is a business lawyer with nearly 40 years of experience, concentrating in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. He has extensive experience in complex business litigation, business disputes, general business law, and personal injury litigation. He has been a shareholder, equity partner, or senior trial counsel at such prestigious Florida and national firms as Fowler White Burnett (7 years), Arnstein & Lehr (now Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr) (9+ years), and others. He has been rated “preeminent” (the highest possible rating) by judges and peers on Martindale-Hubbell since 1995 and have a perfect 10.0 rating on Avvo. The "A" portion indicates the highest possible rating for legal ability, while the "V" portion indicates adherence to the highest standard of professional conduct. He is also a Florida Supreme Court Approved Arbitrator.
