As a commercial litigator, he has extensive experience in employment, creditor-related bankruptcy, and technology law and has actively practiced in every federal and bankruptcy court in the State of Florida, and has appeared in federal or bankruptcy courts in Georgia, Texas, Ohio, New York, and Delaware.
Mr. Marlowe is a graduate of the University of Florida where he was an editor of the University of Florida Law Review. He has been a partner at large Florida and out-of-state law firms, including Fowler White and what now is Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr. More than twenty years ago, Martindale-Hubbell, the largest and most comprehensive source of lawyer ratings in the world, awarded Mr. Marlowe the highest possible rating, which is an "AV Preeminent" rating. The "A" portion indicates the highest possible rating for legal ability, while the "V" portion indicates adherence to the highest standard of professional conduct. The ratings are based on confidential evaluations submitted by lawyers and judges throughout Florida. AV Preeminent® is a significant rating accomplishment - a testament to the fact that a lawyer's peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence. The "AV" rating of Mr. Marlowe given to him from his peers means he was deemed to have very high professional ethics and preeminent legal ability. Only lawyers with the highest ethical standards and professional ability receive a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating of "AV." Mr. Marlowe has maintained that rating for every year since it was initially awarded to him.
